Using your private data is only and solely according to the Law for Protection of the Personal Data.

Concerning hotel reservation, please, be informed that check.bg doesn’t collect any taxes and doesn’t charge your credit card. The required information about your credit card is only and solely to guarantee your reservation. You will pay yourselves your stay in the hotel, when you check in there.

The data about your credit card will be kept in database of check.bg until you leave the hotel or until you buy the corresponding product or service. After the reservations or purchase expires, your data will be deleted automatically.

SECURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

At any time you can check your private data /name, telephone number, address, etc/, you have placed in our site. You can ask for information about your private data with an e-mail, sent to office@check.bg. Please, write in your message as subject “Check of private data”. If your personal data are wrong, we will change them according to your will. You can, too, desire your personal data to be deleted from our database with sending e-mail message to the same address with a subject “Remove of personal data”.

WHEN DOES CHECK.BG SEND YOU EMAILS?

After you have made a booking or purchase, published on check.bg, you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation for information during your trip, to the hotel as proof or/and guarantee of the reservation.

In the course of reservation, you may receive from us an e-mail, containing special offers and newsletters about check.bg. At anytime you can suspend receiving these e-mail messages by sending an e-mail to us in the form of declaration for decline to e-mail address: remove@check.bg.
