The consent creates legal obligation between the consumer and "Nex Media” LTD in the sense of the Law of Obligations and Contracts.

When you make online hotel reservation, you automatically, accept the conditions and merchant’s policy, you have chosen. In order to guarantee or pay the reservations, you have to establish your identity by your credit card or to pay via bank transfer.

- if you choose to establish your identity by your credit card, information from the credit card is sent directly to the merchant, you have chosen. We DO NOT charge your credit card. You pay for your stay directly in the hotel.

- If paying via bank transfer, you are obliged to make the transfer no longer than 72 hours after creating your reservation, in the pointed in the confirmation e-mail bank account. In case, that after 72 hours after your online request, the sum hasn’t been transferred, the reservation is cancelled.

We assure you, that "Nex Media” LTD deals absolutely strictly and responsively the information for your credit cards. check.bg uses the technology "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) to code your personal data while sending it. That’s why it can be guaranteed, that each transaction, is 100% secure and we take the full responsibility, if after using check.bg you have suffered damages.

PRICES

We make our best, the prices, published on check.bg to be highly competitive. All prices are formed as a result of your search criteria, except something else is declared. REJECTION OF RESERVATION

Please, follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail, in case it is necessary to reject your reservation. If you reject it in the terms, determined in accordance with hotel’s policy, the amount paid will be restored at all /if you have used bank transfer/, or your credit card will not be charged. We recommend you to read carefully the policy of rejection of the corresponding reservation. If you reject it later than the fixed dead-line, or you don’t use the reservation at all, the hotel has the right to charge your credit card and/or not to refund you at full the whole sum paid. In most cases, the equivalent of penal fee is the price of one night stay for the reserved room. Please, note that check.bg doesn’t collect any additional taxes in case of rejection of reservation.

It is absolutely forbidden users to use the services, offered by this internet site, under forged name or assumed name and to make confirmations or payments with faked or somebody’s else credit card without it’s owner consent. In case of establishing or suspicion for such actions, the competent agencies of law and justice will be informed and approached.
